Store Policy (UPDATED 2.26.26)

1. Order Processing & Shipping

• In-Stock Items: Orders for in-stock items are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

• Pre-Order Items: Pre-orders may take 1-4 weeks to ship on average. Currently we are experiencing a bit longer wait times from 4-8 weeks. Delays beyond this timeframe may occur, and by purchasing, you agree to these terms. We kindly ask that you do not initiate a chargeback due to extended pre-order timelines.

2. Order Cancellations

• We do not offer order cancellations under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.  You will be subject to a 15% restocking fee if you cancel an order. 

If your order goes missing via usps  (or any other reason) we will issue a store credit to your account.  

3. Returns & Exchanges

• Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide an exchange or store credit only.

• Wrong Size or Color: We do not accept returns or exchanges if you order the wrong size or color, so please double-check product details before ordering.

4. Refunds

• NO REFUNDS AND NO EXCHANGES

5. Chargeback Policy
• By placing an order, you agree to our terms, including pre-order timelines. 

6. Customer Support

• Please remember that this brand is operated by a single individual. We appreciate your patience and support! For any inquiries, contact us VIA email / discord ticket

7. Special Cases

** If for some reason your items have gone missing, marked as shipped + missing etc and there is no inquiry sent to us, we will issue a store credit **

Pre-orders

Pre-orders are typically estimated at 3-6 weeks. This is just an ESTIMATE. In some cases, pre-orders have taken shorter or longer. We try our best to ship out as soon as we receive any items from pre-order drops. 

Can I cancel my order or pre-order?

All sales are final. There are no cancellation of orders. If you make a purchase, please be aware that we do not cancel orders for any reason unless decided by us.

Can I change my address?  

Yes that is 100% ok. As long as we have not shipped your item. 

 
Can I combine orders?

No this is not an option if you have currently placed 2 separate orders. 

Can I change size? 

In this case if you accidentally ordered the wrong size or want to switch for a different size we do not offer exchanges or refunds in this case.
